Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will drive the store product strategy through product operations and inventory management, lead inventory shifts, and ensure floors and back-of-house are stocked and organized.

You will participate in hiring, coach team members, act as Supervisor on Duty, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail, inventory, or logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others.
• Ability to analyze data and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to foster a productive inventory-focused shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales planning.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching on the floor.
