Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will execute the store product strategy, manage inventory shifts, and oversee back-of-house product operations to keep floor and stockrooms organized and ready for guests.

You will influence team performance, participate in hiring decisions, and serve as Supervisor on Duty, delivering a world-class guest experience while coaching and developing staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management and stocking.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.
• Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability.
• Review daily business metrics and provide recommendations to leadership on product focus.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and hands-on development for team members.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver a world-class guest experience.
