Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, oversee inventory, and lead BOH operations. You’ll supervise shifts as Supervisor on Duty, mentor teammates, and ensure a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Expect collaboration with leadership and hands-on involvement in stock, pricing, and product actions. This role emphasizes accurate inventory, team development, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or more
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking or planning and logistics
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive inventory shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
