Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will drive the store product strategy through effective inventory management, back-of-house operations, and floor readiness, ensuring a world-class guest experience.

You will provide input on performance, participate in hiring decisions, and supervise shifts as Supervisor on Duty while maintaining exceptional product education for guests. A strong emphasis on teamwork and inclusivity guides daily work.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate with leadership about availability.
• Review daily data to inform actions and pricing decisions.
