Job summary

lululemon seeks a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will execute the store product strategy, oversee inventory shifts, BOH operations, and ensure floor and back-of-house stock levels are organized and ready for guests.

You will provide input on team performance, participate in hiring recommendations, and act as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience when on the floor. Experience in inventory and merchandising is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a positive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for guests.
• Review daily business data to inform actions and provide recommendations to store leadership.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and coach team members to support development.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver world-class guest education.
