Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house efficiency. You will oversee inventory shifts, ensure floor and BOH stock are organized, and participate in hiring and development of team members.

You will act as Supervisor on Duty during open hours, delivering an exceptional guest experience while coordinating with leadership to optimize sell-through and product availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail, inventory, or related logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions like pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to maintain a fun, productive inventory shift.
• Monitor product levels and advise on sell-through strategy.
• Lead hiring process contributions, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team, fostering growth.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty and deliver world-class guest experience.
