Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team, driving product strategy and inventory management to ensure shelves and back of house are stocked and organized. The role includes supervising on-duty shifts and delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will participate in hiring, coaching, and evaluating team members, while communicating insights to leadership and contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in a retail or store environment.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities according to SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive inventory shift.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data to inform actions and pricing for outlets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members on performance.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty during open hours to deliver product education.
