Job summary

Lululemon Athletica in Orlando, FL is seeking a Product Operations Lead for a seasonal holiday contract to drive in-store product strategy and inventory execution. You will manage back-of-house operations, stock floors, and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating inventory shifts, coaching staff, reviewing sell-through data, and contributing to store hiring.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations to store leadership.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to drive development.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.
