Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in Cincinnati. You will execute the store product strategy, oversee inventory, and ensure floor and back-of-house areas are organized and well-stocked.

You’ll influence staffing decisions and occasionally supervise on the floor to deliver a world-class guest experience. This role requires at least 1 year of retail or inventory experience, comfort with data-driven decisions, and a collaborative leadership style that

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for guests.
• Review daily data to inform actions and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive relationships.
• When Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver excellent guest education on products.
