As part of the store leadership team, you will analyze daily metrics, plan inventory shifts, and ensure stock availability, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related roles.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, stocking, or logistics.
• Leadership, mentoring, or process-improvement experience with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members and foster a productive shift culture.
• Monitor product levels and support sell-through strategies.
• Review daily data to inform actions for product focus and pricing.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Lead on-duty sessions to deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.
