Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will drive store product strategy, oversee inventory movements, and manage back-of-house operations to keep floors and stockrooms well-organized.

You will lead inventory shifts, contribute to hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while ensuring exceptional guest experiences with technical product education.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily metrics and provide recommendations to leadership on product focus or pricing.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.
