lululemon is hiring a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will own store product operations, manage inventory shifts, and ensure both floor and back-of-house stock are organized to deliver a world-class guest experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to execute product strategy, lead inventory processes, and participate in hiring, coaching, and performance feedback. This role emphasizes inclusive leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management or stocking.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, pricing.
• Lead and motivate team during shifts to ensure guest experience.
• Monitor product levels and report findings to support strategy.
• Participate in store hiring and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Maintain an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty during open hours.
