Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, driving sales, profitability, and an outstanding customer and patient experience. You will lead merchandising, inventory, and staff development while ensuring compliance with all policies and laws.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of retail management (or a HS diploma with 5+ years) and the ability to work flexible hours, including extended days, evenings, and weekends. Pharmacy duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state, or pursuing certification as required by state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitors customer service and trains staff to improve performance.
• Manages merchandising, inventory levels, and stock control.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws and safety regulations.
• Develops staff through coaching, performance plans and recognition.
