Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; develops action plans for improvement.
• Greets customers and clinic patients, and offers assistance with products and services.
• Supervises operation of the store and pharmacy, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial and performance data; develops plans to increase sales and control costs.
• Manages inventory levels, stock, and seasonal changes.
• Ensures staff is trained and compliant with policies and laws.
