Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead both the store and pharmacy operations, ensuring an outstanding customer and patient experience. The role includes scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and staff development to drive sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management or a HS diploma with 5 years of management experience, plus the ability to manage flexible schedules and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or HS diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state, or pharmacy assistant in WA state, or licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, shift scheduling, and task delegation.
• Coach team on customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Analyze financial performance and drive sales while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
