Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store and pharmacy operations, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer and patient experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operation of the Walgreens store and pharmacy.
• Implements store organization through hiring, placement and scheduling of staff.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Monitors and ensures timely completion of required training programs for team members.
