Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh.

Responsibilities

• Monitors customer service provided by team members and develops action plans for improvement.
• Greets customers and clinic patients, offering assistance with products and services.
• Supervises operation of the store and pharmacy, including opening/closing shifts and scheduling.
• Analyzes inventory trends and supervises inventory management to avoid outs and overstock.
• Manages staff hiring, training, development and performance, including coaching as needed.
• Ensures store and pharmacy operations comply with laws and company policies.
