Responsibilities

• Monitors customer service and trains/encourages team; improves retail and pharmacy experience.
• Greets customers and clinic patients; assists with products and services.
• Models service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.
• Resolves customer complaints and responds to special needs.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, shifts, and scheduling.
• Oversees cash handling, invoices, and time records; maintains bookkeeping.
• Manages merchandising, stock levels, and stock liquidation.
• Analyzes inventory trends and controls costs; prevents outs/overstock.
• Ensures store cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Drives performance by reviewing KPIs and coordinating with district management.
