Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing and shift scheduling.
• Direct merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention to optimize profitability.
• Lead customer service initiatives to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer and patient experience.
• Supervise staff performance, training, and development; manage hiring decisions and disciplinary actions.
