Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours
• Experience supervising store and pharmacy operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service and develops improvement plans
• Greet customers and clinic patients and assist with products and services
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations including shifts, scheduling and bookkeeping
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs
• Manages hiring, training, and performance of team members
