Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with several years of retail leadership experience, pharmacy licensure as required, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Lead merchandising, inventory control, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant/ RPh depending on state laws.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of store computer systems and basic bookkeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitors customer service quality; trains and coaches team members.
• Manages inventory, ordering, stock levels and merchandising sets.
• Analyzes sales and KPIs; develops action plans to increase revenue and control costs.
• Supports hiring, promotion and performance management of staff.
• Participates in training programs and maintains pharmacy licensure as required.
