Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store and pharmacy operations, drive sales, manage assets, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance while delivering a distinctive customer and patient experience.

We expect a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of retail management or a high school diploma with 5 years, plus pharmacy licensure as required by state law. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of retail management, or high school diploma with 5 years of retail management.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant as required by state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitors customer service and provides training to improve performance.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, and stock levels while preventing shrink.
• Analyzes financial performance and KPIs to drive sales and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
