Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operation of the Walgreens store and pharmacy, including opening/closing shifts and scheduling.
• Supervises merchandising, inventory, and control of store assets to improve sales and profitability.
• Leads customer service, training, and development of team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Monitors financial performance, KPIs, and loss prevention, and implements corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and pharmacy and store operations standards.
