Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience in retail.
• 5 years of retail management experience with a high school diploma.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Pharmacy license/tech registration as required by state law or ability to pursue certification.

• Deliver exceptional customer and patient experience through staff training and proactive service.
• Monitor sales, inventory, losses, and KPIs; develop action plans to improve performance.
