Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations including opening/closing shifts.
• Supervises merchandise, inventory, and cash handling.
• Develops staff through training and performance coaching.
• Analyzes sales, KPI data, and budgets to drive performance.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and safety procedures.
• Maintains excellent customer service and community outreach.
