Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of retail management experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and improves customer service by training and coaching team members.
• Greets customers and clinic patients and assists with products and services.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Manages inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to optimize sales and reduce waste.
• Participates in hiring, onboarding and ongoing training of staff.
