Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors customer service and trains team members for improvement in retail and pharmacy.
• Greets customers and clinic patients, and assists with products and services.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and stock control.
• Analyzes inventory trends and manages stock levels to avoid outs and overstock.
