Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, protect assets, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee both retail and pharmacy activities, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver an outstanding customer and patient experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, associate development, and execution of merchandising plans across the store. Flexibility for a dynamic retail environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; provides reminders, training, and action plans for improvement.
• Greets customers and clinic patients and offers assistance with products and services.
• Models customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.
