Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; trains and encourages team members.
• Greets customers and clinic patients; assists with products and services.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, shifts, task delegation and scheduling.
• Analyzes financial and performance data; develops actions to increase sales and control costs.
• Identifies sales opportunities and manages inventory levels; prevents outs and overstock.
