CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer interactions and daily store duties across our self-storage locations. The role emphasizes friendly, responsive service, sales support, and timely leasing workflows.

You will perform property maintenance tasks, assist customers with unit showings, process payments, and ensure a clean, secure facility. The position requires weekend availability and reliable transportation.

Qualifikationen

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, processing payments via POS, making bank deposits, and following up on late payments.
• Maintaining the facility with daily walks, cleaning units, and upkeep of the store grounds.
• Opening and closing storage doors and ensuring a clean, safe facility.
