Responsabilités

• Assist store management and team members in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Identify store opportunities, develop timely solutions and action plans.
• Drive sales with management to maximize profits while controlling shrink.
• Support turnover reduction, retention, and consistent store operations.
• Assist with labor and supply cost management to meet targets.
• Ensure returns/exchanges comply with policies and satisfy customers.
• Monitor inventory and stocking conditions to maintain ordering accuracy.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Adhere to safety regulations and identify unsafe conditions.
• Report safety risks or illegal activity, including theft or fraud.
• Comply with laws and company guidelines.
• Oversee total store operations in the absence of store management.
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift and open/close the store.
• Promote trust and respect among team members.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering product questions.
