Responsibilities

• Oversee cashiering, stocking, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Assist store management in delivering a positive customer shopping experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with the team.
• Identify store opportunities and implement timely solutions and action plans.
• Drive sales and manage shrink with the management team.
• Support labor and supply cost controls to meet targets.
• Ensure returns are handled per policy and inventory is accurate.
• Maintain safety compliance and report risks or illegal activity.
• Open/close the store and cover shifts as needed.
