Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager in the United States to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service. You will coach associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes for consistent execution and efficiency, and drive overall KPIs for sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Teach, coach, and develop associates on operational, service and merchandising processes.
• Lead pricing, merchandise presentation, and stock replenishment following brand standards.
• Ensure sound operational processes including receiving, inventory and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Maintain pricing accuracy, signage, and ticketing procedures.
