Kohl’s is seeking an Operations Manager/Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations or merchandising, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and driving profitability. You will teach, coach, and develop associates to execute processes with consistency and efficiency.

The role requires managing floor operations, pricing accuracy, and visual merchandising while leading a team to meet KPIs and provide a compelling customer experience.

• Coach and train associates on processes, customer service, and Kohl’s tools.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and loss prevention.
• Direct and implement merchandising direction aligned with brand standards.
