Job summary

Zara Towson in Towson, MD is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations focused on the stockroom, driving performance through KPIs and strong team leadership.

You will manage warehouse stock, execute replenishments, supervise checkout, fitting rooms and online collection; run omnichannel processes; train teams; and ensure safety and compliant operations to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store operations management.
• Ability to read reports and draw conclusions.
• Strong organizational and task execution skills.
• Experience with omnichannel retail processes.

Responsibilities

• Help the Head of store Operations organize store operations based on operational KPIs to optimize performance.
• Manage warehouse stock and merchandise flows taking into account the criteria of the Sales Manager.
• Execute the replenishment and verify its location in the plant.
• Supervise the back processes: checkout, fitting rooms, size collection and online collection.
• Run omnichannel-related processes (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE, CC).
• Assist Head of store operations manager, manage the external team.
• Use analytics tools and track KPIs to improve in-store processes.
• Continue training teams and develop the store's operational team.
• Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention, health and safety regulations.
