Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. is hiring an Operations Manager in Garden City, NY to execute store operations focused on the stockroom, ensuring service excellence for sales and customers.

You will monitor KPIs, manage stock flows, and supervise back-office processes to maintain smooth omnichannel operations and high standards. You will collaborate with the Head of Store Operations, train teams, and support new projects while complying with health and safety regulations and leveraging a discretionary bonus

Responsibilities

• Organize store operations based on operational KPIs to optimize performance.
• Manage warehouse stock and merchandise flows per Sales Manager criteria.
• Execute replenishment and verify its location in the plant.
• Supervise back processes: checkout, fitting rooms, size collection, and online collection.
• Run omnichannel-related processes (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE, CC).
• Assist Head of store operations in new projects and updates; train teams.
