You will also ensure high-quality customer service and seamless omnichannel execution.

You will analyze KPIs, implement improvements, and lead initiatives with Commercial and GEOS teams while upholding safety standards and shrinkage control.

• Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into improvements.

Responsabilités

• Organize store operations based on KPIs to optimize performance.
• Manage stock and merchandise flows and oversee replenishment.
• Supervise front-of-store processes: checkout, fitting rooms, and collection services.
• Promote omnichannel processes and ensure compliance with related SOPs.
• Implement projects and operational updates to reduce shrinkage.
• Collaborate with Commercial and GEOS teams to maintain warehouse occupancy.
