Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer’s purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and policy adherence.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
