Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and scanner.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Maintain merchandise using planograms and rotate stock per standards.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, and deposits.
