Qualifications

• Ability to recruit, interview, hire, counsel and terminate staff with legal compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations and address gaps.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain store security and policies.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and stock replenishment weekly.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to standards and pricing is correct.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and cashier accountability.
