Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Preference for bilingual Spanish speakers at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store’s daily operations including opening/closing procedures and staff supervision.
• Recruit, hire and retain qualified employees in compliance with laws and policies.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, cash register compliance and loss prevention measures.
• Monitor sales, inventory and expenses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store with proper merchandise presentation.
