Job summary

You will also manage deposits, cashier accountability, and daily store performance, ensuring a profitable, safe, and well-organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, and procedures.
• Experience with cash handling, cashier accountability and deposits.
• Basic math skills for calculations and reports.
• Preferred supervisory experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise stock, receive, unpack, and restock shelves.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and planogram compliance.
• Uphold financial integrity and deposit procedures.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
