You’ll act as head coach, supervise teammates, and help plan daily operations to meet guest needs and financial goals. This role emphasizes coachable, accountable leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safe, welcoming environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; 1–3 years of retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and lead company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Together with the SM and ASM, contribute to the development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
• Help establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, operational and merchandising sets, etc. in accordance with established budgets and financial goals.
