Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and advice.
• Maintain merchandising standards and execute price changes.
• Support department priorities with staffing and plans.
• Lead and coach teammates, recruit and onboard staff, and conduct reviews.
• Ensure store safety, policies, and procedures are followed.
