Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure smooth store operations, payroll, scheduling, and project execution. You’ll oversee budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities to maximize performance and guest experience.

You will lead a team, implement the store vision, and coordinate with leadership to deliver strong results while maintaining an inclusive, safe, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and scheduling.
• Experience managing labor hours and projects or processes.
• Legal eligibility to work in the location.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and cascade Store Manager's vision to the team.
• Plan weekly team schedules within labor budget and availability.
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and key metrics with leadership.
• Provide floor leadership and plan coverage for retail operations.
• Support sell-through with accurate inventory and labor alignment.
• Execute company directives and initiatives at store level.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures in daily work.
