Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to help run a high-performing store. You will manage payroll, write weekly schedules, track budgets and inventory, and lead the team to ensure smooth store operations and a standout guest experience.

This role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment and maintaining a safe, inclusive team culture. You will work with leadership to execute initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and support daily operations to maximize performance

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor management.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year retail or sales specific management experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses and inform planning processes.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure coverage for efficient operations.
• Support sell-through by coordinating inventory counts and labor hours for deliveries.
• Execute company-level operations directives and initiatives.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
