Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and drives operational excellence. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, budget, expenses, and cash handling while maintaining inventory, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.

You will also lead people-related admin tasks and execute store-level operational projects, contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
• Manage budget and other business data (e.g., P&L, expenses) and inform planning processes.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure staffing coverage for efficient operations.
• Coordinate labor hours to receive product deliveries and support omnichannel guest programs.
• Execute company-level operations directives and maintain a safe work environment.
