Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups, cash handling, and preparing the floor and stock room for business.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers with a distinctive and delightful experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization.
• Assist with pricing tasks and in-store displays.
• Support bookkeeping activities and basic department maintenance.
