• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses customer service issues and coaches Associates
• Maintains accuracy of Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management
