Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Franklin, TN is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and act as a leader when needed. This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and provides leadership in customer service and daily store tasks.

You will balance responsibilities as a Coordinator with occasional Key Carrier duties, coaching Associates, and ensuring adherence to policies. A strong emphasis on teamwork and problem solving is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses customer service issues and coaches Associates.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
• Governs opening/closing procedures per company guidelines.
• Promotes and supports credit and loyalty programs.
